We Want to Help You with Orders
Please contact us if you need any help or advice with an order. If you are planning a custom expansion or larger board we can help with that and let you know the exact number of extra parts for example. If you want to know how the personalization custom text on a water border will look we can mock it up and send you a screenshot of a virtual model to show you. You can see examples of previous customer boards in our Etsy store. Most people get the Six Player Complete Stabilizer Kit board if they have the six player expansion which would be the recommendation there.
Product Returns
Returns are not accepted. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order. We are happy to ship out a missing part or two if that is the issue.
Shipping Damage or Lost Shipment
Please use your tracking number to contact your USPS shipper and file a claim with them if you feel your package was damaged in shipping or lost during shipping. All packages are insured.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
We can cancel and fully refund an order back to your credit card via Paypal payments it if it has not shipped. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.
If we are able to cancel your order, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment by Paypal payments. Please check your bank to see the refund.

The Stabilizer Kit product is made of PLA plastic and contains one small embedded earth magnet within each of the following parts: tan hex supports, tan number circles, black robber holder, and red dragon. This product is not a toy and should not be left unattended with young children or pets.
